With up to one metre between centres, we can handle a wide variety of production turning.
Conventional Turning
Single and small batch turning is accomplished by skilled craftsmen on Schaublin, Boley and VDF lathes.
CAD/CAM Facility
Micromax Precision Manufacturing applies CAD/CAM technology to its fullest by means of Edge cam software. Wire framing and modelling are used for tool path generation in pre-machine preparations. An Intranet Network System enables full two-way communication between programming and machining.
Quality Assurance
The saying “You can only machine what you can measure” is particularly true in our environment. The Mitutoyo and Zeiss 3D measuring machines enable us to do just that.
